The Centre facilities are being built at Politiko (Filani) village in Nicosia, in a land area granted for this purpose by the Holy Monastery of Machairas. The Multifunctional Community Centre will comprise of a main, three-storey building and six independent houses, each able to house a maximum of eight residents on a permanent basis. The building complex has been designed to include long and short stay accommodation, whilst at the same time independent houses are being built which will accommodate young persons with disability on a permanent basis. The Day Care facilities for young persons will be housed in separate areas in the main building. The first and the second levels will encompass the therapy and rehabilitation rooms, respite care rooms, a swimming pool and two separate playgrounds. The third level will consist of functional rooms which will be used for training purposes, seminars and various fundraising events of the Foundation. In addition, in a specially designed space, the volunteers of the Community will be able to design and make various crafts and products for sale, to support the Centre financially. The construction of the Centre will take place in stages, with each stage being operational on its own upon completion.
