The Multifunctional Community Centre will comprise of a main, three-storey building and six independent houses, each able to house a maximum of eight residents either on a temporary or a permanent basis.
Day care facilities for adults and children will be housed in separate areas in the main building. The basement and the ground floor will encompass the therapy and rehabilitation rooms, a swimming pool and two separate playgrounds. The first floor will consist of functional rooms which will be used for training purposes, seminars and various fundraising events of the Foundation. In addition, in a specially designed space, the volunteers of the Community will be able to design and make various crafts and products for sale, to support the Centre financially.
The construction of the Centre will take place in stages with each stage being operational on its own upon completion.
